The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. The lady at reception, Paulina, was super friendly. She helped me when I was struggling to connect to the WiFi and she was very informative. I like that it's very close to the metro and right next to the concert venue

We were in Paris for a concert, and this hotel was a perfect location at a close distance from the arena so pretty easy to get to and from the concert. Also the center is a couple of stops away, pretty easy to reach

location is perfect, so close to metro station so you can go everywhere in the city, clean and safe, receptionist is super, internet in the hotel 10/10, breakfast should be better

The hotel is really nice, the room was clean and spacious very accommodating for myself and my sisters. And also as we came for the concert the distance between the arena and the hotel was super easy, accessible and secure. Really enjoyable

Great location to access La Defense Arena and very close to the Grand Arch and train stations. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms were comfy and clean. Food was delicious at the restaurant and staff were lovely.

Very convenient if you are staying here for a concert (we did). The hotel could use some fresh up, but was absolutely ok - slept well and and the breakfast was also very nice. Would book again as also convenient for visiting the center as the subway is in walking distance

The hotel had excellent service and the rooms were comfortable and clean. My son used their gym and it was also clean and reasonably appointed with equipment. The final bill was exactly what we expected and they didn't play any games which I appreciate. Also, the front desk speaks good English which is helpful. They also offer a lounge area with soft drinks and a coffee machine, but it is an additional 20 EUR a day. The location near the Les 4 Temps mall is ideal for families who want to be close to affordable amenities and still close to the metro for sightseeing and getting to popular tourist spots.

Location, appearance, friendly staff (Ana, Sasha and David special thanks). After our initial dissapointment we liked everything. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

The location and access were very good. the room is wide and comfortable,in the bathroom you have the minimum necessary and if you want more hygiene products you have to ask for them at the reception. The staff was very pro and polite. Breakfast was ok.
